The front desk team, led by Mr Thi, deserves a standing ovation for their exceptional service. They were prompt, helpful, and even greeted us every time we left and returned. The variety of choices at breakfast was impressive, and the staff were very polite. The spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable stay, with a cool and quiet air conditioning system. The short walk to the beach and the abundance of nearby restaurants were an added bonus. The staff went above and beyond to assist and organize activities for us, and the buffet breakfast was outstanding. The pool area offered a breathtaking ocean view. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the manager who went out of his way for us. the experience was mind-blowing.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, with easy access to the beach and tourist area. You can enjoy the sea breeze and the beautiful scenery from the room. The room and bathroom are spacious and well-equipped, making your stay comfortable and pleasant.

The breakfast buffet is quite limited and might not cater to Western tastes.

This hotel exceeded my expectations, the luxurious amenities fulfilled all my needs. The Spa centre had a wide range of treatments, including a steam room and sauna. The outdoor swimming pool was surrounded by sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing. I enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, which had a poolside snack bar and outdoor dining area. The exclusive room advantages included a fantastic view and private facilities.

There was only one minor downside, the leisure/TV room was quite small, and there weren't enough seats for everyone. Nevertheless, the room was quiet, and the location advantages were excellent, with direct access to the beach.

The noise from the surrounding areas could be quite loud, especially in the early hours of the morning. Also, the breakfast offered was mostly Asian dishes, which may not be to everyone's taste. However, there are plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants to choose from for a more varied breakfast experience.

We loved the location of this hotel - it was just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of options for restaurants and bars. The hotel facilities were also impressive, especially the swimming pool on the 28th floor with incredible views. The staff were extremely helpful and provided great service to us throughout our stay. Lastly, the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options to choose from.

Celebrated New Year at a nice hotel with friendly staff. The rooms were spacious, clean, modern, and with comfortable bedding. The breakfast offered a surprising variety of options, including local dishes that were quite enjoyable. The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants.

That the hotel was not soundproof, so there was some noise from outside and nearby constructions during the night, but it wasn't too disturbing. it was a positive experience and I would recommend this hotel to others.
